The full details of the soundtrack album for the fifth episode of the second season of the Prime Video original series The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power have been revealed. The albums features the original music from Episode 5 (entitled Halls of Stone) of Season 2 composed by Emmy Award winner Bear McCreary (Godzilla: King of the Monsters, 10 Cloverfield Lane, Outlander, Battlestar Galactica, The Walking Dead, Happy Death Day). The soundtracks will be released digitally tomorrow, September 12 by Amazon Content Services and will be available to stream exclusively on Amazon Music before becoming available on all major digital music services after the final Season 2 episode premieres. The label has previously released the composer’s scores from Episodes 1, 2, 3 & 4, as well as the Season 2 album featuring selections of the composer’s music from the new season over the last few weeks. Episode 5 of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 2 will premiere tomorrow exclusively on Prime Video.
