Will Blair & Brooke Blair (Green Room, I Don’t Feel at Home in This World Anymore, Blue Ruin, The Informer, Hold the Dark, Sweet Virginia, Black Christmas) have recently scored the upcoming documentary Space Cowboy. The film is directed by Marah Strauch (Sunshine Superman) & Bryce Leavitt and centers on Joe Jennings, a pioneer of skydiving cinematography. The movie follows Jennings as he looks back on a lifetime of creating iconic moments in film and TV, while he tries to pull off his most ambitious stunt yet, turning a dreamlike vision into reality. Strauch & Leavitt are also producing the project with Tyler Measom (An Honest Liar, Sons of Perdition). Space Cowboy will premiere this weekend at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival.
The Blair Brothers’ other recent projects include Jeremy Saulnier’s Rebel Ridge, which will premiere this Friday on Netflix. A soundtrack album featuring the composers’ score will be announced soon.
