East Bank Studios will release a soundtrack album for the martial arts action thriller Lady Scorpions. The album features the film’s original music composed by Joe Wong (Russian Doll, Will Trent, Master of None, To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, The Midnight Gospel, Krapopolis, Lucky Hank). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, August 23 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Also listen to the composer’s title track below. Lady Scorpions is directed by Bruce Del Castillo and stars Cynthia Rothrock, Caitlin Dechelle and Jeff Fahey. The movie presented by Tiger Style Media follows an ex-FBI agent whose fight against a crime syndicate becomes personal when they kidnap her granddaughter and – together with her daughter – has to outmaneuver and defeat the syndicate’s henchmen in a calculated game of cat and mouse. The thriller is being released in select theaters this weekend (as a double feature with Kung Fu Games) by Republic Pictures before coming out on Digital on September 3.
