Composer Blake Neely (Masters of the Air, The Flash, The Flight Attendant, Arrow, Greyhound, Everwood, The Pacific, Riverdale, Life As We Know It) is reteaming with director Ryan White on the upcoming Netflix original documentary Into the Fire: The Lost Daughter. The 2-part film centers on Cathy Terkanian, a tenacious mother who unravels the complex mystery surrounding the 1989 disappearance of the daughter she placed for adoption. White is also producing the project with Jessica Hargrave, as well as Denver & Delilah’s Matt Maher (Last Call: When a Serial Killer Stalked Queer New York) & Charlize Theron. Neely has previously collaborated with White on the feature documentaries Good Night Oppy, The Case Against 8, Serena, Ask Dr. Ruth, Assassins & Pamela: A Love Story and the docuseries The Keepers and Visible: Out on Television . Into the Fire: The Lost Daughter will premiere on September 12, 2024 exclusively on Netflix.
Neely also continues to score Netflix’s You, which will return for its fifth and final season later this year, as well as The CW’s All American, which has recently been renewed for a seventh season.
