Netflix Music will release a soundtrack album for the streamer’s original true crime documentary series American Murder: Laci Peterson. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Jimmy Stofer (Girl in the Picture, Icahn: The Restless Billionaire, The Truth About Jim). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, August 14 and will be available to stream/download here. Also check out the composer’s first track (Because of Laci) below. American Murder: Laci Peterson is directed by Skye Borgman and explores the murder of Laci Peterson, the beloved young woman who disappeared on Christmas Eve of 2002, while eight months pregnant with her first child. The 3-parter uses news clips, interrogation footage, and courtroom cameras to bring the dramatic disappearance, investigation, and trial that captured the nation’s attention into focus. The series will premiere tomorrow exclusively on Netflix.
