Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the HBO original documentary Rock Hudson: All That Heaven Allowed. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award nominee Laura Karpman (American Fiction, The Marvels, Ms. Marvel, What If…?, Set It Up, Lovecraft Country, Paris Can Wait, Taken, Why We Hate) who recently received an Emmy Award nomination for her score. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, August 9. Check back on this page for the streaming/download link. Rock Hudson: All That Heaven Allowed is directed by Stephen Kijak and explores the story of the iconic actor and one of Hollywood’s most celebrated leading men of the 1950s and ‘60s who was forced to live a double life and whose diagnosis and death from AIDS in 1985 shocked the world. The documentary premiered last summer on HBO and is now available to stream on Max.
