Todor Kobakov (Born to Be Blue, Backstabbing for Beginners, The Samaritan,Tricksters, Most Dangerous Game, Sweetness in the Belly) has released a soundtrack album for the Canadian horror thriller Humane. The album features the composer’s original score from the film and is now available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. Humane is directed by Caitlin Cronenberg and stars Jay Baruchel, Emily Hampshire, Peter Gallagher, Sebastian Chacon, Enrico Colantoni, Alanna Bale, Uni Park and Sirena Gulamgaus. The movie written and produced by Michael Sparaga takes place over a single day, months after a global environmental collapse forces world leaders to take extreme measures to reduce earth’s population, and follows a recently retired newsman who has invited his adult children to dinner to announce his intentions to enlist in the nation’s new euthanasia program. The thriller is being released in select theaters and on VOD today by IFC Films before premiering later this year on Shudder.
