Pathé Films has released a new soundtrack album for the 2006 French comedy Happy Home (La maison du bonheur) written and directed by Dany Boon and starring Boon himself, Michèle Laroque, Daniel Prévost as Jean-Pierre Draquart, Zinedine Soualem, Laurent Gamelon and Line Renaud. The album features the film’s original music composed by Philippe Rombi (Swimming Pool, Joyeux Noel, In the House, Asterix: The Secret of the Magic Potion, Driving Madeleine, Angel, The Crime Is Mine). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list. Also check out the composer’s opening titles and end credits tracks below. Music Box Records has previously released Rombi’s music as part of a CD edition that also included two other scores by the composer back in 2014. Happy Home follows a miser on a mission to loosen up as he sets about buying a house in the country for his family. The movie is now available in the U.S. on VOD.
