Air-Edel Records has released a soundtrack album for the French drama After the Fire (Avant que les flammes ne s’éteignent). The album features the film’s original music is composed by Andrea Boccadoro (Violation, The Legionnaire, Astrologaster). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out audio samples. After the Fire is co-written and directed by Mehdi Fikri and stars Camélia Jordana, Sofiane Zermani, Sonia Faidi, Sofian Khammes, Makita Samba and Samir Guesmi. The movie follows a young woman who – following the death of her younger brother during a police intervention – embarks on a legal battle to ensure a trial takes place. The drama premiered at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival and just opened in French theaters last Wednesday.
