Coby Brown has previously scored the director’s┬álast feature, The Man Who Knew Infinity. Freud’s Last Session will premiere this month at AFI Fest in Los Angeles and will be distributed in the U.S. by Sony Pictures Classics.

Brown’s other recent projects include the sports drama Fight Like a Girl written and directed by Matthew Leutwyler and starring Ama Qamata & Hakeem Kae-Kazim. The movie, which tells the story of a young Congolese woman who find a new life for herself after joining an all-women boxing club in the border city of Goma, is expected to be released in 2024.
