String Theory Films has announced a soundtrack album for the documentary Ariel Phenomenon. The album features the film’s original music composed by Bright Eyes member Nathaniel Walcott (The Fault in Our Stars, The Stand), Henrik Åström (Child of Grace, The American Runestone), Galen Huckins of Blue Dot Sessions, as well as director Randall Nickerson. The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, September 15. A first track (Meaningful and Inexplicable by Åström) is already available to stream/download now and can also be checked out below. Ariel Phenomenon documents the account of over sixty schoolchildren at Ariel School in Ruwa, Zimbabwe, who, in 1994, witnessed an unidentified craft land outside their rural African schoolyard.
