Walt Disney Records will release the first-ever soundtrack album for the 1998 Disney Channel original movie Halloweentown directed by Duwayne Dunham and starring Debbie Reynolds, Kimberly J. Brown, Judith Hoagand and Joey Zimmerman. The album features the film’s original score composed by Mark Mothersbaugh (Thor: Ragnarok, The Royal Tenenbaums, The Lego Movie, 21 Jump Street, The Croods: A New Age, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, The Mitchells vs. the Machines). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, September 1 (click here to stream/download). A limited edition LP is available to order on the Disney Music Emporium website. Halloweentown premiered in late 1998 on the Disney Channel and is now available to purchase on VOD and DVD (as a double feature with its first sequel, Kalabar’s Revenge) and to stream on Disney+.
