Hippocampus has released a soundtrack album for the French comedy Paint It Gold (Un coup de maître). The album features the film’s original music composed by Laurent Perez Del Mar (The Red Turtle, I Kill Giants, My Son, The Mystery of Henri Pick, The Kitchen Brigade, Zarafa). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list and listen to audio samples. Paint It Gold is co-written and directed by Rémi Bezançon and stars Vincent Macaigne, Bouli Lanners and Bastien Ughetto. The movie follows an unscrupulous art dealer and his radical painter and longtime friend as they develop an extreme and ludicrous plan to save themselves. The comedy is being released in French theaters today.
