Lee Malia (of the British rock band Bring Me the Horizon) is set to compose the score for the upcoming survival thriller Out Come the Wolves. The film is directed by Adam MacDonald (Backcountry) and stars Missy Peregrym, Joris Jarsky and Damon Runyan. The movie revolves around a woman who takes her fiancé to a secluded cabin to meet her best male friend, when things take a dark turn during a hunting trip. Enuka Okuma wrote the screenplay based on a story by himself, Jarsky and MacDonald. Eric Birnberg & Thomas Walden (V-Wars), Todd Berger (Wynonna Earp, Reginald the Vampire) and Thomas Vencelides (Trigger Point) are producing the High Park Entertainment and December Films production. Malia has previously scored MacDonald’s last feature Pyewacket, which marked the musicians film scoring debut. Out Come the Wolves has just started principal photography in Canada. A release in 2024 is expected. (Variety)
