440 Hz/Grande Ourse have released a soundtrack EP for the French drama Soul Mates (Les âmes sœurs). The 4-track EP features the film’s original music composed by Mathieu Lamboley (Lupin, A Minuscule Adventure, The Rose Maker, The Last Mercenary, Sisters in Arms, The Accusation). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list and listen to audio samples. Soul Mates is co-written and directed by André Téchiné and stars Noémie Merlant and Benjamin Voisin. The movie tells the story of a French lieutenant who – after an attack against his military convoy in Mali – is brought back home to be cured, under the careful watch of his worried and devoted sister. The drama just opened in French theaters this past Wednesday.
