Back Lot Music will release the official soundtrack album for the horror comedy Renfield. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award nominee Marco Beltrami (3:10 to Yuma, Scream, Logan, A Quiet Place, The Hurt Locker, Ford v. Ferrari, World War Z). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 14 (click here to stream/download). Waxwork Records will release a vinyl edition. Renfield is directed by Chris McKay and stars Nicholas Hoult, Nicolas Cage, Awkwafina, Ben Schwartz, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Adrian Martinez and Brandon Scott Jones. The movie centers on Dracula’s titular tortured aide who – after centuries of servitude – is ready to see if there’s a life outside the shadow of The Prince of Darkness. The comedy is being released in theaters nationwide this weekend by Universal Pictures.
