The Fear Collection, Pokeepsie Films & Sony Pictures Espana have released a soundtrack album for the Spanish horror thriller Venus. The album features the film’s original music composed and produced by Vanessa Garde (What Lucia Saw, Parot, A Normal World, Who Would You Take to a Deserted Island?, If I Were a Rich Man). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list and listen to audio samples. Venus is directed by Jaume Balagueró and stars Ester Expósito, Ángela Cremonte, Federico Aguado, Inés Fernández, Fernando Valdivielso and Magüi Mira. The movie produced by Álex de la Iglesia is set within the concrete corridors of a cursed apartment complex on the outskirts of Madrid. The thriller premiered at last year’s Toronto Film Festival and was released Spanish theaters in December. No word yet on a domestic release date.
