Keegan DeWitt (Hearts Beat Loud, A Teacher, I’ll See You in My Dreams, Sorry for Your Loss, Divorce, The Hero) has been tapped to score the upcoming romantic drama Parachute. The film marks the feature directorial debut of actress Brittany Snow and stars Courtney Eaton, Thomas Mann, Gina Rodriguez, Francesca Reale, Joel McHale, Dave Bautista, Scott Mescudi, Jennifer Westfeldt, Kathryn Gallagher, Kelley Jakle and Chrissie Fit. The movie follows a woman struggling with an eating disorder and suicidal thoughts who has recently been discharged from rehab, when she meets a troubled man and must navigate the line between unconditional love and a new addiction. Snow also co-wrote the screenplay with Becca Gleason (Summer ’03) and is producing the project with Jordan Yale Levine & Jordan Beckerman (Becky, Separation) and Lizzie Shapiro (Shiva Baby, Mickey and the Bear). Parachute will premiere in March at the 2023 SXSW Film Festival.
