Composer George Fenton (Dangerous Liaisons, Groundhog Day, Hitch, The Blue Planet, Gandhi) is reteaming with director Andy Tennant on the upcoming thriller Unit 234. The film starring Isabelle Fuhrman, Jack Huston & Don Johnson revolves around an employee of a remote storage facility who discovers an unconscious man in a locked unit and fight to survive the night against a ruthless gang. Derek Steiner wrote the screenplay. Lee Dreyfuss, Blythe Frank (Wild Oats), Doug Murray (The Immaculate Room), Hadeel Reda (The Ride, Into the Grizzly Maze) and William G. Santor (Unplugging) are producing the Radiant Films production. Fenton has previously collaborated with Tennant on numerous movies, including Ever After, Anna and the King, Hitch, Sweet Home Alabama and Fool’s Gold. Unit 234 is expected to be released in 2023.
Fenton’s other recent projects also include Richard Eyre’s Allelujah, which premiered at this year’s Toronto and BFI London Film Festivals and is set to be released in UK theaters in early 2023.
