David Fleming (Hillbilly Elegy, The Unforgivable, Blue Planet II, The Perfect Guy) will release a soundtrack album for the crime thriller South of Heaven. The album features the composer’s original score from the movie and will be released digitally on September 22 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. A first track (Crossing the River) is already available to stream/download now and can be checked out after the jump. South of Heaven is co-written and directed by Aharon Keshales and stars Jason Sudeikis, Evangeline Lilly, Mike Colter, Shea Whigham, Michael Paré, Jeremy Bobb and Amaury Nolasco. The movie follows a convicted felon who gets early parole after serving twelve years for armed robbery and, upon release from prison, vows to give his childhood love, who is dying from cancer, the best last year of her life. The thriller was released in select theaters and on VOD last fall by RLJE Films and is now also available on Blu-ray and DVD.
