Composer Nora Kroll-Rosenbaum (Stockholm, PennsylvaniaBird Karma, Regarding Susan Sontag, Grand-Daddy Day Care) is reuniting with director Catherine Hardwicke (Twilight, Thirteen, Lords of Dogtown) on the upcoming family drama Prisoner’s Daughter. The film starring Kate Beckinsale, Brian Cox, Tyson Ritter & Christopher Convery follows a former boxer seeking one last chance to redeem himself in the eyes of his beloved daughter and grandson. Mark Bacci (Northern Rescue) wrote the screenplay. Sam Okun, Marina Grasic (Four Good Days, Black Bear) and David Haring (Bill & Ted Face the Music, The Guilty) are producing the project. Kroll-Rosenbaum has previously collaborated with Hardwicke on the Quibi series Don’t Look Deeper. Prisoner’s Daughter will premiere in September at the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival.
