Western Vinyl has released a soundtrack album for the Canadian comedy Stanleyville. The album features the film’s original music composed by Joseph Shabason. Stanleyville is written and directed by Maxwell McCabe-Lokos and stars Susanne Wuest, Cara Ricketts, George Tchortov, Christian Serritiello, Adam Brown, Mihály Szabados and Julian Richings. The movie follows a woman who unceremoniously walks away from her boring job, her inept husband, and her obnoxious daughter and – moments later – is swept up in a bizarre contest alongside a handful of idiosyncratic characters. The comedy was released in select U.S. theaters this past April by Oscilloscope Laboratories and is now also available on VOD.
