Dan the Automator (Booksmart, Control, Dash & Lily, Holidate) has composed the original score for the new comedy Easter Sunday. The film is directed by Jay Chandrasekhar (Super Troopers, The Dukes of Hazzard) and stars Jo Koy, Jimmy O. Yang, Tia Carrere, Brandon Wardell, Eva Noblezada, Lydia Gaston, Asif Ali, Rodney To, Eugene Cordero, Chandrasekhar himself, Tiffany Haddish and Lou Diamond Phillips. The movie follows a Filipino-American man returning home for an Easter celebration with his riotous, bickering, eating, drinking, laughing, loving family. Ken Cheng wrote the screenplay. Rideback’s Dan Lin (It, The Lego Movie, Sherlock Holmes) and Jonathan Eirich (Aladdin, The Two Popes) are producing the DreamWorks Pictures production.
