SATV will release a soundtrack album for the Sky original series The Lazarus Project. The album features selections of the show’s original score composed by Ben Lukas Boysen (Beat, The Collini Case, Manifesto, Alien Rage) & Paul Emmerich. The soundtrack will be released digitally on July 8 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A first track (Lazarus) is already available to stream/download now and can be checked out after the jump. The Lazarus Project is created by Joe Barton and stars Paapa Essiedu, Anjli Mohindra, Tom Burke, Caroline Quentin, Rudi Dharmalingam and Charly Clive. The 8-part sci-fi thriller follows a man wakes up one day and finds himself reliving a day from months ago, when he meets a recruiter for the Lazarus Project, a secret organization that has harnessed the ability to turn back time every time the world is at threat of extinction. The series just premiered yesterday in the UK on Sky Max and NOW TV.

Is the main theme not exactly the same as Natalie Holt’s from Loki? Or was this a collaboration?
Hi,
what’s the song at the beginning of episode five pakyed by violins ?
Thank you
Am I the only one who also hears similarities to the Tenet score?
The chords reminds me of a piece by the baroque composer Handel. I am sure that this has been used in a previous film or TV programme. There was a Dennis Potter sci fi tv series in the 90s when he died shown in the BBC, ITV and Channel 4 simultaneously. I think it was called Lazarus. I am sure that is where I have heard the ominous chords before.
