Milan Records will release the official soundtrack album for the biographical drama The Survivor. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Hans Zimmer (The Lion King, Dune, Inception, The Dark Knight, Gladiator, Interstellar, No Time to Die, Rain Man, Thelma & Louise). The soundtrack will be released digitally on April 29, 2022 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A first track (Walk to the Ring) is already available to stream/download now and can be checked out below. The Survivor is directed by Barry Levinson and stars Ben Foster, Vicky Krieps, Billy Magnussen, Peter Sarsgaard, Danny DeVito, John Leguizamo, Dar Zuzovsky and Saro Emirze. The movie is based on the book Harry Haft: Survivor of Auschwitz, Challenger of Rocky Marciano by Alan Haft and tells the story of boxer Harry Haft, who looks to carry on after fighting to survive in WWII concentration camps. The drama, which premiered at last year’s Toronto International Film Festival, will premiere on April 27 on HBO and will also be available to stream on HBO Max.
