Zend Avesta has released a soundtrack album for Dario Argento’s horror thriller Dark Glasses (Occhiali Neri). The album features the film’s original music composed by Arnaud Rebotini (BPM (Beats Per Minute), Curiosa, Eastern Boys, With the Wind). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list and listen to audio samples. A vinyl edition is available to order here. Dark Glasses is written and directed by Argento and stars Ilenia Pastorelli, Asia Argento, Mario Pirrello, Andrea Gherpelli and Maria Rosaria Russo. The movie follows a prostitute who loses her sight in a car crash as she tries to flee a serial killer and finds an ally in a young boy whose life has also been altered forever by the accident. The thriller premiered earlier this month at the 2022 Berlin Film Festival and has just been released in Italian theaters this past Thursday. Shudder has picked up distribution rights for the U.S. and other markets for a release on the streamer later this year.

The soundtrack to Dark Glasses is very good and works perfectly in the film. I hope it will also be published on CD, I will certainly buy it.
