Anton Sanko (Rabbit Hole, The Possession, The Half of It, Big Love, Ouija, Fractured, Alpha House) has composed the original music for the upcoming French drama The Passengers of the Night (Les passagers de la nuit). The film is directed by Mikhaël Hers (This Summer Feeling) and stars Charlotte Gainsbourg, Quito Rayon-Richter, Noée Abita, Megan Northam, Thibault Vinçon and Emmanuelle Béart. The movie revolves around a woman who finds herself alone with her two children after her marriage falls, when she finds work at a late-night radio show and encounters a troubled teenager she decides to take under her wing. Hers also wrote the screenplay with Maud Ameline and Mariette Désert. Pierre Guyard (Love at First Sight, If You Saw His Heart) is producing the Nord-Ouest Films production. Sanko has previously scored Hers’ last feature, Amanda. The Passengers of the Night will premiere this month at the 2022 Berlin Film Festival.
