L’Inlassable Disque has released a soundtrack album for the French romantic comedy The Butcher’s Daughter (Tendre et saignant). The album features the film’s original music composed by Arthur Simonini (Portrait of a Lady on Fire, Hibou). The Butcher’s Daughter is directed by Christopher Thompson and stars Arnaud Ducret, Géraldine Pailhas, Stéphane de Groodt and Alison Wheeler. The movie follows a fashion magazine editor who inherits a butcher shop from her family that she wants to sell, when the boss’s former clerk decides to fight to get the business back.The comedy will be released in French theaters this Wednesday, January 19.
