Emilie Levienaise-Farrouch (The Forgotten Battle, Censor, Rocks, Only You) has recently been recording her score for the upcoming British drama Living. The film is directed by Oliver Hermanus (Moffie, Beauty) and stars Bill Nighy, Alex Sharp, Tom Burke and Aimee Lou Wood. The movie is set in 1950s London and tells the story of a veteran civil servant who becomes a cog in the bureaucracy of rebuilding post WWII England, when he learns he has only seven months to live. Kazuo Ishiguro (The Remains of the Day, Never Let Me Go) wrote the screenplay based on Akira Kurosawa’s 1952 Japanese feature Ikiru. Stephen Woolley (The Crying Game, Interview with the Vampire) and Elizabeth Karlsen (Carol, Colette) are producing the project for Number 9 Films. Living is expected to premiere in 2022.
