Dan Jones (On Chesil Beach, Any Human Heart, Shadow of the Empire, World on Fire, Man in an Orange Shirt, My Scientology Movie) is the composer of the new BBC series The Outlaws. The show is created by Stephen Merchant (Fighting with My Family, The Office) & Elgin James (Mayans M.C., Lowriders) and stars Merchant himself, alongside Christopher Walken, Rhianne Barreto, Gamba Cole, Darren Boyd, Eleanor Tomlinson, Clare Perkins, Jessica Gunning and Charles Babalola. The 6-part crime thriller follows seven strangers from different walks of life forced together to complete a Community Payback sentence in Bristol. Merchant has also directed multiple episodes and executive producing the Big Talk and Four Eyes production with Luke Alkin (Houdini & Doyle, Living the Dream), Kenton Allen (Friday Night Dinner, Cold Feet) and Matthew Justice The Outlaws will premiere in the UK later this month on BBC One and will debut in the U.S. and other markets on Amazon Prime.
