Datahead Music has released a soundtrack album for the horror thriller The Retreat. The album features the film’s original music composed by Steph Copeland (Vicious Fun, The Oak Room, The Heretics, I’ll Take Your Dead, The Heretics, The Dwelling). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon. The Retreat is directed by Pat Mills and stars Tommie-Amber Pirie, Sarah Allen, Aaron Ashmore, Rossif Sutherland and Celina Sinden. The movie follows a couple at a crossroad in their relationship who leave the city to spend the weekend at a remote cabin with friends but when they arrive, their friends are nowhere to be found and they discover they are being hunted by a group of militant extremists who are determined to exterminate them. The thriller was released in select theaters and on VOD this past May by Quiver Distribution.
