Decca Classics has released a soundtrack album for the Italian post-apocalyptic drama The Land of Sons (La terra dei figli). The album features the film’s original music composed by Motta. The Land of Sons is directed by Claudio Cupellini and stars Leon De La Vallée, Paolo Pierobon, Maria Roveran, Maurizio Donadoni, Fabrizio Ferracane, Franco Ravera, Valerio Mastandrea and Valeria Golino. The movie is based on Gipi’s 2016 graphic novel of the same title and centers on a boy who travels through a hostile world, looking for someone to read him the words in his late father’s journal. The drama is being released in Italian theaters today.
