Isobel Waller-Bridge (Fleabag, Emma, Vita & Virginia, Vanity Fair, The Split, The ABC Murders) has been tapped to score the upcoming Netflix original film Munich. The spy thriller is directed by Christian Schwochow (Cracks in the Shell, The German Lesson) and stars Jeremy Irons, George MacKay, Jannis Niehwöhner, Sandra Hüller, Liv Lisa Fries, August Diehl, Erin Doherty and Martin Wuttke. The movie based on the book by Robert Harris is set in the run-up to World War II and centers on a British civil servant and a German diplomat who travel to Munich for the emergency Conference and find themselves at the centre of a web of political subterfuge and very real danger. Ben Power (The Hollow Crown) wrote the screenplay. Andrew Eaton (Rush, A Mighty Heart, The Claim) is producing the project for Turbine Studios. Munich is currently in post-production and is set to debut this year on Netflix.
