Quartet Records has released a soundtrack album for the HBO Europe original series Patria. The album features selections of the original music from the show composed by Fernando Velazquez (The Impossible, The Orphanage, Mama, Crimson Peak, A Monster Calls, Hercules, Devil). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon (and other digital music stores), where you can also check out the track list and listen to audio samples. Patria is created and written by Aitor Gabilondo based on the best-selling novel of the same title by Fernando Aramburu and stars Elena Irureta, Ane Gabarain, Loreto Mauleón, Eneko Sagardoy and Susana Abaitua. The 8-part drama tells the story of two families divided by the violent conflict of the separatist terrorism of ETA over the Spanish Basque Country. The series premiered this past fall and is now available to stream in the U.S. on HBO Max.
