Long Distance has released a soundtrack album for the French mini-series De Gaulle, L’éclat et le secret. The album features selections of the original music from the show composed by Armand Amar (The Concert, Mia and the White Lion, The Source, A Bag of Marbles, The History of Love, Belle & Sebastian). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon (and other digital music stores), where you can also check out the track list and listen to audio samples. De Gaulle, L’éclat et le secret is directed by François Velle, written by Jacques Santamaria & Patrice Duhamel and stars Francis Huster, Pierre Rochefort, Margaux Chatelier, Christophe Barbier, Eric Naggar and Pierre Aussedat. The 6-parter chronicles Charles de Gaulle’s live rom the appeal of June 18, 1940 to his departure from power in 1969. The drama premiered this past November on French television.
