Sean Callery (24, Jessica Jones, Homeland, Bones, La Femme Nikita) has composed the original score for the upcoming action thriller The Marksman. The film is directed by Robert Lorenz (Trouble with the Curve) and stars Liam Neeson, Katheryn Winnick, Juan Pablo Raba and Teresa Ruiz. The movie follows a hardened Arizona rancher who becomes the unlikely defender of a young Mexican boy desperately fleeing the cartel assassins who have pursued him into the U.S. Lorenz also co-wrote the screenplay with Chris Charles & Danny Kravitz. He is also producing the Voltage Pictures production with Tai Duncan (Honest Thief, Proud Mary), Mark Williams (Ozark, The Accountant), Warren Goz & Eric Gold (Urge). The Marksman is set to be released in theaters nationwide on January 22, 2021 by Open Road Films.
Callery’s other recent projects include Fox’s Next, which currently airs every Tuesday night, and the fifth season of Bull, which airs Monday nights on CBS.
I see nothing wrong with this. I hope he does a great job.
