Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1998 sci-fi horror thriller Species II directed by Peter Medak and starring Natasha Henstridge, Michael Madsen, Marg Helgenberger, Mykelti Williamson, George Dzundza, James Cromwell and Justin Lazard. The album features the expanded original score from the MGM production composed and conducted by Edward Shearmur (Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, Johnny English, Cruel Intentionsp, Escape from Dannemora, Charlie’s Angels, The Count of Monte Cristo), including over 30 minutes of previously unreleased music.
