Academy Award nominee Diane Warren has written the original song Free for Disney’s fantasy adventure The One and Only Ivan. The track is performed by Charlie Puth and will be featured during the movie’s end credits sequence. The song will be included on the movie’s official soundtrack album, which also features the film’s original score composed by Craig Armstrong (Moulin Rouge!, The Great Gatsby) and will be released digitally this Friday, August 21. The One and Only Ivan is directed by Thea Sharrock and stars Sam Rockwell, Angelina Jolie, Danny DeVito, Helen Mirren, Brooklynn Prince, Ramon Rodriguez, Mike White, Ron Funches, Ariana Greenblatt, Chaka Khan, Phillipa Soo and Bryan Cranston. The movie will premiere this Friday exclusively on Disney+.
