The full details of the soundtrack album for the Valley Girl remake have been revealed. The album features the songs from the movie performed by the film’s cast. Also included are tracks by Deap Vally, American Authors, Leon Else & others. Harvey Mason Jr. serves as the project’s music producer. The soundtrack is being released today by Interscope Records and is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out audio samples. Valley Girl is directed by Rachel Goldenberg and stars Jessica Rothe, Chloe Bennet, Ashleigh Murray, Joshua Whitehouse, Mae Whitman, Mario Revolori, Jessie Enis, Judy Greer, Alicia Silverstone and Camila Morrone. The musical is being released in select theaters and on VOD today by MGM/Orion Pictures.
