David Bateman (A New Christmas, The Assault, A Girl Like Her) has been hired to score the upcoming heist thriller Money Plane. The film marks the feature directorial debut of actor Andrew Lawrence and stars Adam Copeland (a.k.a WWE’s Edge), Kelsey Grammer, Thomas Jane and Denise Richards. The movie follows a professional thief who must rob an futuristic underworld criminal casino on an airplane to settle a debt with his ruthless employer. Lawrence also co-wrote the screenplay with Tim Schaaf. Richard Switzer (Black Water, Altitude) and Tyler Konney (Tragedy Girls) are producing the project. Money Plane is set to be released later this year.
Bateman’s other upcoming projects include the Lifetime original movie Death By Friendship, which will premiere on January 23, and the animated feature Santa Man, which is set to be released in December 2020.
