Intrada Records has announced the world premiere soundtrack release for the 1978 sci-fi adventure Return from Witch Mountain directed by John Hough and starring Bette Davis, Christopher Lee, Kim Richards and Ike Eisenmann. The album features the original music from the Walt Disney Pictures production composed by Lalo Schifrin (Mission: Impossible, Dirty Harry, Enter the Dragon, Rush Hour, Bullit). Visit the label’s official website for the full album details, to check out audio samples and to order the 2-CD set, which features the complete score on the first disc and an “album presentation” on the second disc. Intrada has previously released Johnny Mandel’s score from the original 1975 feature Escape to Witch Mountain.
The label has also announced a CD version of the score for this year’s Dora and the Lost City of Gold composed by John Debney & Germaine Franco, as well as Bret McKenzie’s original song Hooray! We Did It, which has only recently been added to the digital version of the soundtrack. Click here for more information.
