Natalie Holt (Journey’s End, The Honourable Woman, Knightfall, Beecham House, Three Girls) has been tapped to score the upcoming Netflix original movie Fever Dream (Distancia de Regata). The film is directed by Claudia Llosa (The Milk Of Sorrow, Aloft) and stars María Valverde and Dolores Fonzi. The drama is based on the novel of the same title by Samanta Schweblin and tells a story of broken souls, toxins, looming environmental and spiritual catastrophes, and the ties that bind a parent to a child. Llosa and Samanta Schweblin also co-wrote a screenplay. Mark Johnson (Rain Man, Breaking Bad, The Chronicles of Narnia) and Tom Williams (The Parts You Lose) are producing the project for Gran Via Productions. Fever Dream is expected to premiere next year on Netflix.
Holt’s other recent feature projects include the thriller Cordelia, which is currently awaiting a release date.
