Andrew Lockington (San Andreas, Journey to the Center of the Earth, Rampage, Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters) has composed the themes for the new Netflix original series V Wars. Michael White (Hevn) has written the original score for the first season of the show created by William Laurin & Glenn Davis based on the comics by Jonathan Maberry & Alan Robinson and starring Ian Somerhalder, Adrian Holmes, Jacky Lai, Peter Outerbridge, Kyle Harrison Breitkopf and Kimberly-Sue Murray. The sci-fi horror drama revolves around a fast-spreading disease that turns victims into blood-sucking fiends pits two best friends against each other in a fight for humanity’s future. Laurin, Davis and Somerhalder are also executive producing the DW Entertainment and High Park Entertainment production with Brad Turner (Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency, Wynona Earp), Eric Birnberg, Thomas Walden, David Ozer, Ted Adams and James Gibb (The Weekend). Lockington and White have previously scored the Laurin- & Davis-created series Aftermath, which premiered V Wars will premiere on December 5 exclusively on Netflix.
Lockington has also recently scored Netflix’s Daybreak, which premiered last month and is expected to return for a second season.
