WM China has released a soundtrack album for the Chinese action drama The Bravest. The album features the film’s original music composed by Peter Kam (Dragon, Cold War, Finding Mr. Right). The soundtrack is now available to stream on Amazon Music, where you can also listen to audio clips. Also available now is the movie’s title song performed by Lei Jia (click here to stream). The Bravest is directed by Tony Chan and stars Huang Xiaoming, Du Jiang, Yang Zi, Tan Zhuo and Zhang Zehan. The movie is based on the oil pipeline disaster that took place in China’s Liaoning Province in 2010 and follows a group of Chinese firefighters as they struggle to contain a huge fire after an oil pipeline explodes. The drama was released last month in Chinese and select U.S. theaters.
