Christophe Beck (Frozen, Ant-Man, Edge of Tomorrow, The Hangover, Buffy the Vampire Slayer) has recently composed the original score for the upcoming documentary Watson. The film is directed by Lesley Chilcott (CodeGirl) and centers on Captain Paul Watson who has dedicated his life to fighting for one thing: to end the slaughter of the ocean’s wildlife and the destruction of its ecosystems. Chilcott is also producing the project with Louise Runge (28 Hotel Rooms, Anything) and Wolfgang Knöpfler (The Ivory Game, Sea of Shadows). Beck has previously scored the Chilcott-produced documentary Waiting for Superman. Watson will premiere next month at the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival.
As previously reported, Beck also has Disney’s animated sequel Frozen 2 (to be released on November 22, 2019) coming up.
