Fil Eisler is reuniting with director Ben Falcone (The Boss, Tammy) on the upcoming action comedy Superintelligence. The movie starring Melissa McCarthy, Bobby Cannavale, James Corden, Brian Tyree Henry and Sam Richardson follows a former corporate executive whose life is turned upside down when she is selected for observation by the world’s first super-intelligence – an artificial intelligence that may or may not take over the world. Steve Mallory wrote the screenplay. Falcone and McCarthy are also producing the New Line Cinema production with Rob Cowan (Aquaman, The Conjuring). Eisler has previously scored Falcone’s last feature Life of the Party. Superintelligence is set to be released on December 25, 2019 by Warner Bros. Pictures.
Eisler (Revenge, UnReal, How to Be Single, CHiPs, To the Bone) also continues to score Fox’s Empire, which will return for the second part of its fifth season this spring.
