Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for Joe Cornish’s fantasy adventure The Kid Who Would Be King. The album features the film’s original music composed by Damon Albarn’s music collective Electric Wave Bureau (Broken). The soundtrack is now available to download overseas and will be released in the U.S. on January 25 (click here to download the album). The Kid Would Be King is written and directed by Cornish and stars Louis Ashbourne Serkis, Dean Chaumoo, Tom Taylor, Rhianna Dorris, Angus Imrie, Rebecca Ferguson and Patrick Stewart. The movie follows a twelve-year-old British schoolboy whose everyday problems are dwarfed by his discovery of the mythical sword Excalibur. The film  will be released in theaters nationwide this Friday, January 25, 2019 by 20th Century Fox. Visit the official movie website for more information.
