A soundtrack album has been released for the French comedy Paris Pigalle (L’amour est une fête). The album features the film’s original music composed by Grégoire Hetzel (Incendies, Summertime, Ismael’s Ghosts, My Golden Days, The Midwife). Also included songs by Ornella Vanoni, Alain Kan, Sonia and Murray Head as featured in the movie.The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples and check out the track list. A physical version is also available overseas. Paris Pigalle is written and directed by Cédric Anger and stars Guillaume Canet, Gilles Lellouche, Michel Fau and Xavier Beauvois. The movie follows two police investigators as they infiltrate the Parisian porn industry in the 1980s. The comedy was released in French theaters last week. No word yet on a domestic release.
