Simon Franglen has recently composed the music for the upcoming action thriller Peppermint. The film is directed by Pierre Morel (Taken, From Paris with Love, The Gunman) and stars Jennifer Garner, John Ortiz, John Gallagher Jr. and Juan Pablo Raba. The movie tells the story of young mother who awakens from a coma after her husband and daughter are killed in a brutal attack on the family. When the system frustratingly shields the murderers from justice, she sets out to transform herself from citizen to urban guerilla. Chad St. John (London Has Fallen) wrote the screenplay. Tom Rosenberg, Gary Lucchesi & Richard Wright (Underworld, The Lincoln Lawyer) are producing the Lakeshore Entertainment production.
