The full details of the soundtrack album for Boots Riley’s Sorry to Bother You have been revealed. The album features the songs from the movie performed by The Coup, including collaborations with Janelle Monae, Lakeith Stanfield, Tune-Yards, Killer Mike & more. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, July 27 by Interscope Records and will be available to download on Amazon. Sorry to Bother You is written and directed by Riley and stars Lakeith Stanfield, Tessa Thompson, Armie Hammer, Terry Crews, Steven Yeun, Omari Hardwick, Jermaine Fowler and Danny Glove. The movie is set in an alternate present-day version of Oakland and follows a telemarketer who discovers a magical key to professional success, propelling him into a macabre universe.
